The SPEC stage 2 plus clutch kit has been designed for all modified engines that produce more torque and cannot be supported by the standard stage 2 clutch kit. The stage 2 plus bridges the gap between stage 2 and 3 and offers the excellent driveability and wear characteristics of the stage 2 kit while providing a 15-20% increase in torque capacity.
The stage 2 plus features a multi friction disc with a carbon semi-metallic configuration on one side and hybrid Kevlar on the other. This kit has a double sprung hub and disc assembly and components that have been heat treated for strength and durability.
